    • Valentine’s Day Gift For Her: A Full Day Of Love

    • The first thing you should do when embarking on a mission to choose a Valentine’s day gift for her, is to relax. This should be seen as a pleasurable experience with nothing on your mind except the warm fuzzy feelings you get when you think of how much you want to make her feel loved on this day.

To do this without the stress involved, it helps to go about it like any other action that you want to go well. You plan it out.

    • One of the best things you can do for valentine’s day is instead of rushing out and grabbing a gift on the way home from work, plan out an actual day for her.

    • Sun and Moon Breath

The Sun and Moon Breath is an ancient technique that balances you right out. The moon breath (left nostril) calms your nervous system while the sun breath (right nostril) perks you up. It totally works. For the purposes of this guide, try the Moon Breath. Really. Try it. Now. Right now.

      1.    Place your right thumb over your right nostril.

      2.    Close your mouth, and breathe in very deeply and very slowly 30 times through your left nostril.

      3.    This will cause a physiological change in your body and brain—it will mellow you out.
